Note of reservation

Precautions concerning reservations

  • ・This facility is free to use and operates on a reservation-only basis. When deciding to come to the facility, please make a reservation 3 months in advance.
    (You will not be able to tour the facility without a reservation. Thank you for your understanding.)
  • ・The tour will take about one hour and half.
    *Coordination concerning reservations being made by school groups take place on an individual basis.
  • ・Reservations can be made 12 months in advance.
  • ・Please contact us by email and by telephone at least three days in advance for cancellations.
  • ・When you make a reservation, please ensure that your email settings allow for email to be received from @minebeamitsumi.com.
    *There may be instances where mail is not deliverable due to insufficient space or due to being classified as spam. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
  • ・Groups may consist of 11 to 30 individuals.
    *School groups may consist of up to two classes.
    *Depending on the number of people visiting, large groups may be separated into smaller groups and dealt with accordingly in terms of reservations.
  • ・This facility is provided for elementary school students who are in the 5th grade and above.
  • ・MinebeaMitsumi Inc. will use the personal information you provide us to manage your reservation at our facility and to respond to your inquiries.

Please take care to ensure that proper manners and morals are exercised within the facility so that everyone can enjoy their visit in comfort.

  • ・Smoking is prohibited inside the facility.
  • ・Eating and drinking are prohibited in the facility. This rule, however, does not apply to drinking water consumed for rehydration.
  • ・Please refrain from bringing pets to the facility.
    This rule, however, does not apply to disabled visitors bringing assistance dogs.
  • ・Please refrain from taking pictures for commercial purposes or taking pictures which cause trouble for other visitors.
  • ・When posting photos on social media, please ensure that you take care to ensure that the right of publicity of other visitors is not infringed upon (such as by having other visitors appear in photos you are posting).
  • ・Please refrain from actions which disturb other visitors.
  • ・We will not be held responsible for instances of injury, loss or theft occurring inside the facility. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • ・The wearing of masks within the facility for the prevention of infectious diseases is left up to the individual discretion of each visitor.
  • ・Please follow staff instructions regarding matters other than that outlined in the above.

Making a reservation and preparing for your visit

  • (1) Please fill out the required items on the reservation form and submit the form.
    *Please make sure to write down the preferred date of your visit and ensure that three candidate visit dates are provided.
    *An automatic reply email will be sent to confirm the details you provided.
  • (2) We will confirm the status of current reservations and provide a reply.
    *Please allow 2 weekdays (excluding weekends and holidays) before you receive a reply. Thank you for your understanding.
  • (3) We will send you a confirmation email when the date and time of your visit is confirmed and also provide you with a phone call.
  • (4) When visiting the facility, please make sure to bring a printed reservation confirmation email or be prepared to show us the reservation confirmation email using your smartphone.
